The Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage is dedicated to the development of the practice of massage therapy to the highest possible standard. As such, the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage has implemented an open bursary program to encourage students with advanced education in health sciences. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS A single bursary valued at $500.00 will be available to any full-time student who: 1. has successfully completed at least one (1) year of post-secondary education in the field of health sciences (for example, medicine, nursing, kinesiology, physical education, biology, etc.); 2. has successfully completed at least one-half of the course of studies at the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage leading to a diploma in Massage Therapy; 3. is not in default of payment of tuition to the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage; and 4. has commenced the second half of the course of studies at the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage leading to a diploma in Massage Therapy. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS A student must provide written proof of the required post-secondary education prior to the commencement of the second half of the Massage Therapy diploma program and meet the Eligibility Requirements, to qualify for the bursary. The Bursary will be awarded as a direct payment to the student.
